Wearing make-up is like wearing heeled shoes as a manlet. Just deal with your shit, especially in the gym. You're not meant to look good at the gym, you're meant to work out.

A lot of girls won't leave the house without makeup, so they'll want it for the walk to the gym, for the rest of the day for before the gym. Obviously I don't put on red lipstick if I'm going to the gym I just have my flicks, eye makeup and some foundation and blusher. It pretty much doesn't matter what you finish this with. If you have to ask, the answer is almost always yes.
Not gay, but you will just sweat it off and/or clog your pores to make lots of blackheads.
Whenever I go to the gym I take make up with me to do after; no point wasting product when my face is gonna get hot or I'll rub it off when I touch my face. BB cream especially won't last through a decent workout, but is okay for afterwards.
Make sure to get a good setting powder if you're really interested so you don't go all greasy. Also consider learning how to colour correct if you're hiding acne, rather than just slather inches of BB cream/foundation on. At least get a concealer that matches your skin.
