what are the bare minimum for /fit/ meals?
i was thinking chicken + broccoli
how do you cook the broccoli? just steam them? what other vegetables are good? i've read rice isn't that good for you, but a lot of "healthy" places serve quinoa with their food
what other meats should i get that are easy to cook?

I just do up a bunch of chicken breasts in the crock pot all day. Then I throw brown rice and mixed veggies in the steamer. Split it all up into half a dozen containers and freeze. Microwave and douse with soy sauce.
I bake my chicken and throw some frozen vegetables into tupperware and microwave it the next day at lunch.

this is how i cook chicken, it's literally the only thing i know how to cook. all you do is flatten it, add oil + salt + pepper + rosemary and put it in the pan and turn once

steamed carrots and broccoli
