What does /fit/ think of the Onepunch-Man training routine?
>100 push-ups
>100 sit-ups
>100 body weight squats
>10K running
>everyday, back to back
I started the routine and it's fairly difficult. That said, I don't plan on giving up.

How can you be this stupid? The routine is a joke. It is not supposed to be good
>>37027313
Don't listen to him OP
Gains Goblins don't want you to succeed
Keep it up
>>37027313
Yeah but what could go wrong? Consider that it may be this or nothing. Imagine how many otaku could get fitter doing this while probably balking at any other exercise routines.
>>37027281
it's shit
Sage, report and hide.
>>37027344
I like to think this too. You go, OP
>>37027281
Man, that's fucking easy if you build up to it. Like, you could probably do it daily, no problem after three or four months, if you're literally starting from zero.
In fact, hell, at my fittest, I ran about 10K a day (tfw depression set in before I reached my full potential).
Overall, it's not well balanced if you want to get big. If you want to be a cardio bunny though, it's fine.

>>100 push-ups
split into 4-5 sets, easy
>>100 sit-ups
literally nothing
>>100 body weight squats
maybe hard the first two days
>>10K running
sweet merciful jesus, that's at least 60 minutes of ball busting running
>>everyday, back to back
oh my aching knees
The only somewhat difficult part is the 10k
Bump the pushups and situps to 1000, then you got a decent workout
>>37027344
Can you just shut the fuck up?
