My deadlift is 355 and I can slang 100s for 1arm row, yet my bench is only 185. Wtf. Should I just bench everyday?
>>37026229
people on this board are so fucking retarded
>my bench is weak wtf do i do guys?
how about bench press more you moron
>>37026879
exactly this.
If a lift is weak, do it more often. Add in isolation exercises for the muscles it works after you do the main lift you are trying to progress on.

I beginning to learn this
A 355 deadlift is just breaking novice, and it might not even be doing that if you're a fatty.
If you're "slanging" 100s for DB Rows then you're probably doing them wrong.
A 185 bench is better than a novice bench, unless you're a fatty, which I suspect because you talk about having a good back without mentioning pullups.
You're a fatty who doesn't know what he's doing.

A 355lb deadlift as a 1 rep max? Yeah that's novice
For reps though? That's definitely intermediate. Provided he isn't a fatty fuckleburger

Nah I'm 165 and pullups are my pastime

Work on form. Your hands are probably to far apart and the bar should touch a couple inches below (inferior) your nips. I surprised my self with the weight I could move the first time I benched with perfect form.
I can strict row 110s x5 and bb bench 255x5 (dont do bb row since i tend to cheat when going +200, and no way in hell i could bench 110s for 5)
How balanced/unbalanced is that?
>>37026229
>tfw struggle to make back gains and yet is the place where I store the least amount of fat
I bb row what I bench. Is that unbalanced?
>>37027427
Thats good, try to aim for 1:1 ratios of push to pull
>>37026229
I bench 205 for 5 and do 100lb one arm rows for 8-12 reps with good form
Its probably because I spent my teenage years doing a lot of pull ups
>>37026229
>year of the lord 2016
>still bench pressing
enjoy your tits and shoulder issues
