at least 300 pounds
CMON WHATEVER IT TAKES
4 SCOOPS 4 TIMES A DAY
Depends on your frame and goals. If you want to be aesthetic and cut it would be anywhere from 75-90 kg.

God, this book is awful. Cormac tries so hard to be remembered and have his gimmick by NOT USING PUNCTUATION AND JUST SHITTING ONTO A PAGE.
It's fucking atrocious. That said, ideal weight for a 6'2" is 200, so going purely off of established standards I believe at 6'0" you'd be 180 or below.
If you want function then ~185 is where all-rounder athletes sit at your height - MMA fighters, sprinters.
If aesthetics is how you work it out then I recommend you have a look at transformation threads on forum.bodybuilding.com and maybe some CBTs on here to work out a reference range.
or if you show us what you're after aesthetically then maybe someone will estimate the weight of it.

McGregor weighs 170 in this picture but he's 5'9, so if I'm 6 foot I should shoot for...what 190?

Blood Meridian is amazing. It's my 2nd favorite book after Moby Dick.
I'm not the most well-read guy though.
(Also another McGregor at 170 pic)

I hear MMA is notorious for lying about height - most often it's off by ~2 inches.

Yeah, Matt Hughes was listed as 5'9 as well but I met him when I was 15 (and also 5'9) and I was much taller.

everyone is notorious about lying, most dudes usually add 1-2 nonexisting inches to their height
i would bet my gym membership that mcgregor isn't above 5'8''
