not sure if serious. i do lots of jogging and kung fu. I use to do full ass squats but light weights and the leg curl up thing also with light weights. But i feel i screwed the knee. it wasnt like this before i started working out. Didn't felt loose.

yeah started having knee pain so i Went to the doctor which sent me to a PT. if you have the money still get yourself checked out
but they made me do a shit load of abductor exercises and I have to do them everyday
