Strictly speaking a pl8 is 20.4kg but most plates are within a kg of their proclaimed weight. I've never been to a gym besides my old cf gym and my pl meets that had the 25s for standard training. Hard to find cheap kg plates because they're usually the nice bumpers like your pic or expensive calibrated plates we use for pl
