Deadlifts at 70% for 5 reps.
Short breaks between sets.

Should give the best amount of money.

>What do you do?
I get a 10:1 ratio block and tackle, hook it up to a beam in the ceiling of the gym and 2000 pounds of plates, and lift them off the ground for 10 reps.
>You didn't say WHAT exercise did you?

handstand pushups. That way I lift M⊕ = (5.9722±0.0006)×10^24 kg. from that I remove a few hundred tonnes, because I don't count the bars. Let's say I do 300 in an hour to keep things safe. That would approximately make me a gorillionaire.

Check mate atheists.
>>
>>37009734
DL probably. If I really pushed myself, I could grab 405 and do 5 reps with that. Rest. 5 reps. Rest. 5 reps.
Also, use the hex bar.
Could make ~200 bucks?
>>
>>37010185
nice
>>
Mechanically, the leg press is the most efficient machine (in terms of effort vs weight pushed). So leg press.

Assuming 500 lb leg press at 4 reps per minute, you'd make $120.
>>
>>37010384
i do 25 reps of dips with 210lbs bodyweight, no extra weight. 90sec pause and i rep out 25 again.
like i said before: dips are the best exercise here.
>b-but muh leg press
how's your summer cut going, fatso?
>b-but i can't do more than 5 dips
do you even lift?
>>
>>37010185
Autocorrect made u into I
>>
>>37010185
It clearly says
>every 1000 lbs you lift
>you
All you can take away from that mistake is that you can do more than just 1 exercise.
>>
>>37010453
You don't lift your full body weight with dips though.
>>
>picking anything but leg press
If you can squat 3 plate for reps you can probably do 600-700 on a leg press for 12 reps every 2-3 minutes without feeling tired at all.
>>
>>37010512
this is bait.
>>
>>37010197

>>
>>37010765
Well, do you lift your arms? No they stay (about) where they are.
>>
>>37011000
your only point of contact in a dip is your hands gripping the bars. this bears the weight of your entire body, while doing the exercise it's literally using your body weight. it's the shit range of motion that makes it seam very doable and the leverages are capable of moving it.
>>
>>37009734

>not skipping rope at approx 100 skips/min
>>
Why not just jump up and down? I'd get $160 for every jump, and it doesn't take much effort.
>>
>>37009734
I lay down face to the ground then push the earth x f.
>>
>>37011153
Yes, you're holding up your entire body. But you're not lifting it. If you get into the starting position of a dip and then only pull your toes upwards, you're not lifting your own body weight. Your (fore)arms aren't moving up or down during a dip, so you're not lifting them.
But it doesn't make a big difference. It's like, what, <10 % body weight?

>>
>>37011319
It's in space. So the earth weighs effectively nothing.

>>37011319
Not him but isn't our conception of weight dependent on gravity caused by the earth, so a conception of the earth weighing anything is invalid?
>>
>>37009734
I'd make more money sitting on my ass in office doing nothing.
But if I had no other choice that would be shrugs lol, I can do them forever

>>37011333

Weight is the force due to gravity, so the earth has some weight relative to the sun or the center of the milky way or wherever the fuck you want to measure it from

bench press with an empty bar. (20kg)
I can do 18 reps every 10 seconds on average.
18x6 = 108 reps a minute
108x60 = 6480 reps
6480x20 = 129600kg which is 285719.092lbs
285719.092 / 1000 = 285.7 dollars for 1 hours work.
>>
>>37011291

Earth weighs 6,600,000,000,000,000,000,000 (6.6 SEXTILLION) tons.

Just lift it once. THIRTEEN POINT TWO SEXTILLION DOLLARS.
>>
Deadlift with the bar. Since its a push, I'm pushing the earth away from me, so I win.
>>
>running
>lift legs up and propel it forward
Jesus christ, this was way too easy.
>>
>>37012105
Except, you obviously don't lift it. The earth won't even move just a tiny little bit from your handstands.

I can deadlift a fair bit, and for fast, hard cardio work I've done 300 reps in 30 minutes at 355, so even with fatigue, trying to do another 150 would be fun.
