What food to buy for a bulk for 30 a week.
Is even Possible?
Also say im on a cut diet, what do I get then?
>>37006814
Yeah, it's not very /fit/ but all I eat is a packet of digestive biscuits a day, it's 2000 calories. Costs me £7 ($10) a week. I only drink water. Very easy to do.
>>37006842
wtf
>>37006814
on a bulk?
just find a shop that sells chicken quarterlegs per 10kg for cheap.
i have a shop that sells 10kg for 15 euro. thats enough meat for 2 weeks on a bulk. the rest you can fill out with rice if you want to be super cheap. like a bag of 10 kg rice is 10-12 euro ? that shit will last you at least a month. you have now spend 20 euro for 2 weeks.
assuming you only drink water you dont need to buy expensive drinks like cola.
you can spend 10 euro a week on vegetables and addons for your rice. at most you will spent 20 euro a week (note the first week might be double if you need to stock up on spices.)
and this doesnt even have to be bland, there are so many different spices you can use on chicken legs to make them taste vastly different. same for rice.

McDonald's
Beans, rice, oatmeal, chia seed
>>37006842
holy shit this could be a thread in itself. do you have any multivitamins, tea, etc?
>>37006842
I dont know what those are.
>>37006885
Idont think thats possible.
So chicken beans and rice? Maybe a multi? Do I really need veggies?
>>37006947
spinach / salad. cut up an avocado. some tomatoes. eat all that shit raw, and its not expensive. squeeze lemon on it. some olive oil m8. how about some pepper and a dash of sea salt. w/e its ur life
>>37006814
Have an Aldis near you? You can get cottage cheese, chicken, peanut butter, spinach, oats and still have some cash left over.
For me it was:
Cottage Cheese: $2
Peanut butter: $3.00
Boneless/Skinless chicken breast strips: $10
Spinach: $2
Oats: $3
I was on that very same budget, so I pretty much bought that every week.
>>37006960
Are veggies necessary. Fiber carbs protein frim rice beans and chicken. Multi for vitamins. What does veggies provide that those dnt provide.
>>37007013
Do you just eat the peanut butter from a spoon?
>>37007043
Nah, mixed it with the cottage cheese. Two tablespoons is about 200 calories. Add a cup of cottage cheese with that and you're looking at about 360 calories or so.
okay OP i've done $30 a week before for a 3200 calorie bulk, it's not too hard. NOODLES. a pack of egg noodles costs a fucking dollar for the cheap ones, and have 1600 calories per pack, 7g protein per 200 cals, so decent macros. Milk is also actually pretty cheap, a gallon of whole costs me 3.50, with 2400 calories. Rice is also cheap AF but lacking in protein. Peanut butter sandwiches are god mode also if you have some money left over, 2.50 for a tub of about 1900 calories worth of PB, cheap bread is a dollar at walmart. but seriously dog, NOODLES WITH BUTTER WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE
>>37007013
Aldi is in the US too? I always thought it was only a British supermarket.

Just some pictures I've acquired here and there... I did not make this and take no credit.

ftfy, I don't think it actually saves your life, quite the opposite
>>37007114
They've branched out here for a while now. Granted, they're not as established as Walmart, but where I live we have around 6 stores.

Sorry for severe autism, but what kind of pan/oil?
>>37007757
literally a regular ass pan
literally regular ass oil you used in every other cooking
are you retarded?
>>37007757
No worries bud, any oil that you use or have should be fine. Hell you can get away with olive oil if thats all you have, the idea is to put the oil down so the patties dont stick to the pan.
11/?? I have more but need to organize them better
Hope this helps =)
>>37007793
I thought my post made that abundantly clear.

Buy bulk 10 pound dextrose for carbs and bulk coconut oil for fats. Should last you 5 months for a total of 90 dollars max. Protein just buy chicken

>>37007715
>8 cans of tuna for a pot of chili
nigga that's like $30 what the hell
I got a big bag of rice and a big bag of beans.
The rice was about $18.
The beans were about $12.
Thats what I could get for 30 dollars.
They should last me the month idk, theres about 200 servings of each at 1/4 cup a serving. So what thats about a cup and a half dry each day? Idk how much after its cooked.
I have chickens that lay about 6 eggs a day.
I do have some chicken in the freezer.
Daily rice 900 cals about 20g protein
Daily beans 360 cals about 40g protein
Daily eggs 480 cals about 40g protein
1740 kcal 100g protein approximately without chicken.
They are whole foods which im a fan of. Idk about eating a pack of pasta a day. Its cheap and taste good but its not a whole food.
Next week-
I think we do have a place that sells like 20 chicken legs for like 10 dollars so I might do that. Whats that? 3 legs a meal almost for the week?
I can usualy get a family pack of chicken leg quarters for around $8 each at the store. That'll probly give me 2 pieces a day for the week.
What do you think?? I could be wrong with the math, its not my fort. I'll take a multivitamin.
.

my roommate and I are a 6'1" fit male and a 6'3" chubby male and we spend less than $40 a week on food. Unless you live somewhere like Hawaii or Alaska you shouldn't need to spend that much money for food.
>>37006814
Whatever u do don't spend 30 bucks on 11 magic beans
>>37008904
Why is he chubby and youre not. Do you eat the same things and amounts? For how long?
>>37008904
Pls give examples of what you two eat. What did you guys have yesterday?

Rice, beans, oats, greens, any kind of lean protein. and you are good. Protip: buy the dry beans and let them soak. It was more grams/$ than in the can.
>>37009102

$4 for a can of the kind that isn't literally catfood
>>37006814
rice beans frozen veggies apples bananas, maybe tofu and chicken breast when you find deals.

You can't have standards, then bitch about Jews taking advantage of them.
>>37009231
what the fuck.
I lived there a few years back and a single can was like 40-60c.
Oats - 1 kg=1.5 USD if not brand-name
Brown rice - 1 kg=4-5 USD, should last 2 weeks though
Dry beans - 1 kg (1.8 kg soaked)=7-8 USD
Peanutbutter - 1 kg=10 USD - should run you at least 3 weeks/3.5 USD per week
Chicken breast - 5 kg should go for 3 weeks and run you 50 bucks/17.5 per week
Total=33.5 USD/week
