I'm looking up new recipes for low calorie stuff to try. Tired of the same boring things all the time. I think my cooking is mediocre, and thus it hasn't been satisfying my cravings, and thus I'm tempted to overeat. So I'm gonna put more effort into making stuff that tastes good. I want to learn one new recipe a week.

Trying some "cauliflower buffalo wings" this week. Chop it up, flour coat it, bake it, hotsauce it, bake it some more.

Bought cocoa powder. 15 cals a serving. I'm going to use it to satisfy chocolate cravings. Apparently banana + cocoa powder can make a lot of faux-desserts.

Also reintroducing bread. I'm just not satisfied unless I have something bready. Half a roll isn't gonna kill me.

Recipe of my own that has been successful: healthy burritos. Heat refried beans, add veg, cook, add salsa to heat it, pile it on a wheat tortilla. Tastes like junk food but it has good macros and low cals, about 200-250 per burrito. Can add seasonings and hot sauce as well. Can also add in an egg while cooking it, make sure to stir a lot.

Start now, mang. Right now you've got enough body fat that you can easily build up your central nervous system. Further still, lifting 3 times a week will burn about a half a pound of fat on top of your deficit. When you get to where you wanna be weight wise, you're already going to have a decent foundation to start strength training from.

"Too much too fast" is only really a concern if you're worried about losing muscle mass along the way.

There's also the concern about excess skin if you're starting as a fupacabra.

The "500 calorie deficit" rule of thumb exists because it conveniently minimizes the damage in either case.

So this winter I hit my peak of 147 lbs (5'8 grill) and got so disgusted with myself that I couldn't take it anymore, went on a cut, and have since lost about 15 lbs.
I think I only have another 5-10 to go before I get to my goal body.
My boyfriend, who is very fit, has been mildly supportive, but recently sat me down and basically told me that he likes fat girls and doesn't want me to lose anymore weight.
So now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'm so close to my goal, how could I possibly give up now? But at the same time, I know I'll never have the tits or ass he wants (especially tits) and losing more weight would just make it worse. I know I could do squats for my ass, but he also doesn't like girls with any muscular definition.

It's going fucking AWESOME. So well that I decided to have a cheat weekend. Over the past 2-3 days, I've had at least 30 beers, a protein shake a day, just generally a FUCKTON of calories over what I *thought* was my maintenance threshold.

Haven't gained an ounce. I think my probiotic regimen fixed my microbiome, and my high fiber, high protein diet in combination with regular exercise has sped my metabolism up to ridiculous levels.

But the main focus was eating micronutrients, where so many come from vegetables and fruit. So the purpose of the juice fast was to drink the veggies/fruit for 10-60 days. To get the body's immune system back in order. The amount of vegetables and fruit you need to eat daily is like the size of your torso. So the thing was to juice it all and drink it. I don't see why you can't eat meat, but i guess that's their spin.

It was an awesome documentary tbqh. Like 4-5 people in the doc saved their own lives because of the main guy interviewing everybody. Warmed my heart so far more than anything this year.

TIP N° 1... You could try to replace cheat meals with a quest bar every day, Comes in many flavours, cookies and peanut butter is by far my favourite, it literally taste like cookies if you bake it and work for many decent desserts base adding some sour cream and cocoa powder . there´s barely sugar on them, most carbs are fiber. And maybe when you face an actual dessert you wont be as anxoius and desperated. im not saying this are totally fine and clean food, but it sa better alternative -
Tip N° 2.
Whenever you know you are having a cheat meal have a pretty subtancious protein shake before doing it, banana, pb.. protein, so you will be very full and will eat less of that sugary shit.

Tip N°3 - Just stop yourself... dont argue with anxiety for eating more, dont fight it... just accept its ok to feel uncofrotable for a while.. until it goes away.. dont feed the neuronal paths of giving in whenever your body craves for carbs and sugars, and it will disipate by its own in a while.
