My 5'2 110lb gf can lift an Olympic barbell. And most gyms have a "girl" barbel too that's anywhere from 15-35 lbs. you can lift a fucking barbell.

I cannot do a squat with prope form, even a bodyweight squat. A complete lack of flexibility and strength. And I cannot do an OHP with proper form at 45 pounds. I've tried it using a 50 pound bag of dirt.

Scooby's program is good. It's nice to start doing cardio and have an easy intro to working out in general, then after the 8 weeks, or even sooner you can switch to barbell exercises instead of push-ups.
