Most people either don't have the recovery or don't have the understanding of their body/their programming to pull it off properly and end up either running themselves into the ground or giving up.

It can be done, but its rarely optimal for most people.

Nah. He just does 1 hour or so going back and forth between the 2 exercise every day.m and pyramids upwards ok weight set after set.
