Is it true that cardio actually kills gains? Provide sources if you can. I'm a retarded cardio bunny who refuses to stop running, and I want to know if it's even worth (seriously) lifting.
Honestly thought that meme was dead

If you eat enough it won't kill your gains
No. This is a meme.
Cardio and conditioning are vastly more important than absolute strength.

this
calorie surplus -> gain weight
calorie deficit -> lose weight
simple as that
Off topic, but does anyone else get tired as fuck after cardio? I do hill sprints twice a week and that night I'm fine but the day after I can't stay awake past like 8pm. (11pm is usual bed time). I maintain my surplus everyday.
being lean is a bigger life gain than being big
biggest red pill /fit/ will never accept

>muh calories in, calories out
What are fibre, gut bacteria, and hormones regulating gene expression?

>I DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO LOSR WEIGHT BUT IT WONT COME OFF!
Okay, what do you eat?
>WELL I START OF WITH 5 BIG BREAKFASTS FROM MCDONALDS AND A LITER OF COLA, THEN FOR BRUNCH I HAVE A LIGHT DRINK FROM STARBUCKS, DOUBLE MOCHA FRAPPACHINO WITH EXTRA CREAM. 2 PIZZAS FOR LUNCH AND 5 POUNDS OF BACON FOR DINNER. UGH MY GENETIC EXPRESSION AND STOMACH BACTERIA GOT THE BEST OF ME!
Stay delusional fatty.
Nope. Cardio just burns the calories needed for your body to successfully engage muscle protein synthesis. As long as you consume lots of carbs and make up those calories lost, you should be fine.

How long have you been doing them? This sounds like me, but I'm a noob who doesn't always get enough sleep
