Assuming intermediate/advanced programs:
So Nuck says you need to be fresh for the day 1 squats, so doing day 3 right before might not work. The day 1 squats are fucking horrible and I wouldn't ever do volume or intensity front squats the day after as they are also quite hard. Based on that, I'd say
Thurs: Squat day 1
Mon: Squat day 2
Tues: Squat day 3
I have done day 2 and 3 consecutively a few times, and it's manageable (I deadlift on day 3 as well).
However, if this doesn't work, do day 3 before day 1 like mentioned above, i.e.
Tues: Squat day 1
Thurs: Squat day 2
Mon: Squat day 3
I like the look of the first alternative better tho, tbH.

The volume on bench day 1 and 3 is high enough that I wouldn't recommend doing those to days consecutively. I think you'll find it more manageable to do the pyramid of day 2 right after day 1 OR day 3 right after the pyramid. Based on that, I'd say
Thurs: Bench day 1
Mon: Bench day 2 (pyramid)
Tues: Bench day 3

If you're talking about the beginner ones, I'd suggest 8rep and 6rep needs more recovery than 4rep, in that I think you'll find it better to do volume (8+) the day after intensity (4+) rather than the other way around or two volume days (8+ and 6+) consecutively.
Mon: Squat 4+, Bench 4+
Tues: Squat 8+, Bench 8+
Thurs: Squat 6+, Bench 6+
This is something you could experiment a bit with tho, as this is based on my preferences.

There just probably arent very many people who use that as a high bar cue, probably because most people who high bar dont squat optimally that way.

Here's a video of me squatting 240x10 a few days ago on C6W W2D1. The last few reps felt a bit good morningish, but do they look alright at the beginning?

Today I did W2D3 and smashed 245x10 with 2-3 reps left in the tank. They felt a lot cleaner and I didn't rock forward as much too, but unfortunately I didn't get a video.

Really like it so far. Already count calories with myfitnesspal, which integrates with the fitbit app pretty well. i really wish someone made a barspeed app for fitbit though.

i'm planning on a very small 250 kcal bulk for the next year while i move up a weight class. Currently weigh 95kg/210lbs and plan to be around 100ish kg/220+ lbs by next year to compete at 105. Going from about 3100kcal maintenance to 3350.

i'm a pretty lean 95 right now.... you think its reasonable to gain about a pound a month of muscle over the next year?

desu most gear-using lifters actually train the big lifts with less frequency (Lilly, Lilliebridges, CWS, Efferding, etc. made their bones training the lifts once a week).
the thing is that they do a lot more bodybuilding work in general (dan green and malan being the big exceptions) because the gear (allegedly) keeps their muscles and cns more adept at heavy loads. in general, ostensibly natty lifters need more frequency to perform at high levels (guys like tuscherer, norton, etc. all squatted several times a week)
