Keep at it. It will take a few weeks for a downward trend to emerge in your weight, but don't get discouraged if it isn't a perfectly straight graph line. I had the same problem, one week I'd lose 4 and the next week I'd stay even. But it averaged out to 2 a week over the course of a few months.
