I absolutely deny any amount of lifting because I'm an ass and I do that kind of thing all the time, and when people bring up my muscles I laugh it off and thank them if it's a compliment.

I keep it to myself unless asked about it or banting about it with other lifting bros. what we forget sometimes is that lifting is a niche hobby. To people who dont you'll just look like that sporty douche if every conversation you have segues into lifting talk.

On social media i absolutely don't.
I don't really care what people in social media say/think about my well being, so i don't really bother.
On real life sure. I have lot of friends who carry a fit life and is a constant subject, as well as people who approach me and ask for advice and such.
