It's not about hamstrings you turd. It's 99% hip mobility issue.

Quite often buttwink isn't caused by hamstring tightness (although it definitely can be). In a lot of lifters its either due to too narrow a stance or not enough ankle mobility resulting in rounding to force depth.

stretching does work but do it on off days or after your routine

probably not unless his ankles are especially inflexible. hamstring and hip mobility is almost exclusively the problem for beginning lifters.

you can easily go ass to grass with inflexible ankles if you squat low bar.

OP here, I do front squats only. Normal squat folds my body like a tortilla. Just did my stretch, god damn I'm so inflexible, I should have gone full gymnast before doing squats, but I was listening to that BRO DO SQUATS NAO BRO BRO

You either have a very strange idea of what ass to grass is or an incredible tolerance for rounding. Very few people are getting ass to grass lowbar full stop, especially not if their ankle mobility is fucked.

Stop doing deep squats and squat as low as you can without losing the tension in the lumbar spine.

Over time you will be able to go deeper.

I agree, I'll do my front squats just to parallel, where my but starts to wink, and do stretching every day. If I succeed I'll make a thread about it.

The squat acts as its own stretch.

And if you start rounding at parallel with front squats then it's probably not your issue.

Play around with wider stances to see if it allows you to go down further.

at parallel it's ok, but one cm from parallel it's noticable rounding. also I just looked in the mirror now and noticed my knees are on front of toes. then I tried to slowly squat keeping knees behind and I can feel my hamstring stretching and not allowing me to go furter. I just had to stretch those puppers every day.
