I was injured for months and couldnt do any exercises using my legs or run.

Every day was upper body day.

Now that I've recovered, I've had a horrible (but totally expected) discovery.

I look similar to pic related's proportions.

How can I change my routine to regain balance again?

Now that I'm looking at the picture, my upper body is actually MORE disproportionate than his.

I have larger pecs/ shoulders/ arms.

My legs are still muscular and I have nice quads, but my calfs and quads are still really small comparatively

I'm still a bit weary to put a lot of pressure on my knee right now. I re-injured it before, and I can't risk doing it again. I used a leg press machine today and it was doing ok (with a brace). I dont want to use the squat rack yet.

I dont look as bad as I thought I did, but my legs are still lacking definition

I still look janky when I'm wearing a tank top and multiple people have commented on how my legs looked smaller

I do need to work on my legs more though. I did a lot of stationary biking when I was injured too. I was able to keep my run times not much lower which was a nice surprise
