Assuming your diet allows for such a thing/your impulses are bad enough to submit to such a thing,
What's /fit/'s idea of a bedtime/midnight snack.
>What do you have?
>What would you never have?
>Do you have dedicated times to eat/avoid?
If i get cravings i just eat some fresh cucumbers/tomatoes with salt. You can easily fill your stomach and be under 100kcals.
Dieting is for betas
Just do more cardio

I have a fast metabolism, so it really doesn't matter when I eat.
I never had more than 10% bf in my life and I use mass gainers for 2 month now (+800cal daily) aside from this i eat two warm meals+ a decent breakfast with some snacks inbetween.
do a lot of sports tho, so that adds up on my genetically fast metabolism.
Recovering fat ass here, I crave sweets before bed so I mix up some chocolate pb2 (powdered peanut butter) it only has 45 calories and tastes like shitty Nutella.

I usually eat some cereal or oatmeal before bed if I'm hungry

>two "meals" plus a "decent" breakfast"
>some "snacks" in between
I am 100% certain your total calorie intake, even with those mass gainers barely add up to a real man's total daily calorie intake. You do not have a "fast metabolism", you just barely eat anything. and move enough to stay permanently skelly.

A cup of grapes. They're delicious and they're so god damn low in calories.

Dirty bulk here.
Last night was a bag of honey dijon Kettles chips, a litre of cream soda, a dozen easter eggs, a Lindt chocolate bar (sea salt @80%) and a 3 Oz block of 2 year old cheddar.
The worst part is that I was so high I completely forgot about the homemade Mac and cheese in the fridge.
I'm aiming for 4k calories a day.
