I have rheumatism. Is it safe for me to take creatine?
Not med fag but i imagine the extra supply of atp floating around will help mitigate your condition.

Adenosinetriphosphate. It's the chemical which makes your muscles contract. Having more of it allows you to lift more and harder, it's basicly like going from diesel to petrol, shit's good.
What kind of rheumatism do you have? I wouldn't suggest lifting too heavily when you have bad joints. You should really talk to your PT about it, I premuse you have one as the fact you have rheumatism.

PT as in personal trainer. Then no. I do not have one of those.
>>36950982
i think you may be confusing it with arthritis?

it is Lupus I have btw. Just like in House.

Physical therapist. I'm doubting whether this is bait or an actual person asking.
>not specifying what kind of rheumatism you have in the first post
>"apt?", could have just googled it
>not having a fucking personal trainer or physical therapist when you have rheumatism
I know tons of people who are rheumatic and every. single. one. of them has a pt.

Rheumatism affects the joints as well.

I had one of those in the begining, like 7 years ago when I got the diagnose.
Why should I have one now?
>>36951480
Yes. But I have not had any problem with joints in the last 6-7 years.

I have "high" functioning autism and I take creatine.
>>36951433
Well I have ankylosing spondylitis (autoimmune condition like Lupus) and I still use creatine. Just go for it breh. What's the worse that could happen?

I'm worried that the extra fluid could make my joint stiff or something.
