So my diet is basically not eating three days then getting a 70 cals sauté/ soup

Today I didn't eat anything and walked an hour, is walking a bad idea when fasting/extreme dieting

I only tried this once before and went from 58kgs to 57kgs in four days and only walked three hours on the day I ate

Its an excellent idea, if you really wanna get some action in your weight loss, dont eat or drink any water if at all possible, and stay up at night as that will burn more energy then sleeping, in the mornings do running followed by cold showers, the cold will burn even more calories. After about as weak of this you will be looking very good.

It'll be much easier and you'll be happier if you eat at a normal deficit.

Walking isn't a bad idea but, because you sound untrained, I wouldn't recommend trying to do high intensity exercises.

Tell me your height and current weight, and I'll recommend a calorie and protein goal and maybe a few recommendations.

use myfitnesspal to track food

eat 1300 to 1500 calories per day
shoot for 120g of protein

with no exercise it'll take about 5 months to reach 50kg, 3-4 months if you walk every day

once you're there, you can eat 1500-1600 calories per day and not gain any weight

drink plenty of water and check out this article for foods that you can pretty much eat as much as you want

Thanks but thats too long, I'd rather turn 50kgs in one month then slowly start eating more and more to fix metabolism... Summer's here
