Legs and back are ripped af
Arms and chest are lacking since we don't need them

Eh, fastest guy on my team is absolutely jacked. He's something of an anomaly but it can be done.

You see kayaking in quadrathlons and obviously it has its place, but rowing is always faster and more efficient. It's also more full body, kayaking is a bit like cycling for the arms on the other hand.

You can also row voga veneta if you want to work them pushing muscles. It's quite a different style to shell rowing but afaik there isn't really a kayaking equivalent.

Kayaking gives me dead leg

Probably rowing,
Sweep rowing builds some danque assymetry tho

Is rowing the /fit/ sport?
>huge advantage if tall (manlets btfo)
>emphasises strong core
>builds huge lats
>assisting lifts are squats and deads, curls are NOT
>top tier rowers are shredded and aesthetic as fuck
>>
>>36938440
>curls are NOT
Curls can be tho. For some reason the Aussie team prioritise benching (I guess for shoulder stability), but pullups and so the curl helps in the final pulling parts of the movement.
