What do you guys do to get healthier / more attractive?
Here's mine:

Is there a way to overcome eating. I now on a Basis for one meal a day. But that's not good for my constitution. Im not interested in fitness and heatlh. I want to change my daily Routine to pills and liquids, nothing else. Is there a wax? I wonder why this ideas hasnt toake place in our society yet.

On many days my diet consists of:

Whey
Soylent
Black coffee
Pills (fish oil, zinc, vitamin D, etc)

I eat solid food when I'm out with friends. Or, you know, sometimes I just really crave a burger. But on more days than not in a given week I'm probably doing the Soylent meme. And I feel great!

Oh also I drink some Green Vibrance in the mornings too for that micronutrient goodness. I'm still not convinced I really need to be doing that, but I figure it doesn't hurt.
