my favorite cutting food is kebobs. Dry heat adds flavor with few cals.
I don't eat everyday
But when I do it's either
Ceaser salad -100cals
Or
One orange or One Apple or one clementine
Or tiny bit of rice and mashed potato -150cals
Spinach sauté with tomato sauce-77 cals
Quinoa and vegetables -100
I go at least three days a week without food (new diet), lost 12kgs in three months while having bad days and binging sometimes but never too severe or over 1000cals

Asian foods in general can be very healthy for cuts.
Not just viet but any S.E. Asian foods, most jap and Korean foods (except for fatty BBQ). Its mostly veggies and rice with a low fat sauce. Or its fermented veggies, lean proteins like fish, etc...
plus, its typically cheap to buy. Look around for Asian restaurants near and look at their menu online/yelp. stay away from the Americanized Chinese foods cause that shit is unhealthy.

that's still 200 calories
