Sup /fit/
Recent /fit/ disciple here. 6'1 (185cm) for 153 pounds (70kg).
Started to get in shape two or three months ago. So far I've only gained three pounds lel. However arms are bigger and I'm starting to see some change.
Anybody care to give a body fat estimate? I'm puzzled about this.
Also, general DYEL thread.

Awesome pic. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

You have like the same exact size and weight as me only I have muscle and a bit around my midsection, I weigh 170
You're probably low-end healthy

So if I keep losing body fat will that be more aesthetic? Or should I aim for some mass gain (which seems to be extremely hard for me)?

I'd say 16-18, you have very little muscle so more of your total weight will be body fat.
