PROTIP: what helps me is that I cut open the caffeine tabs and then ace them with water. Will get you fucking riled up after 2 - 3 min. Save a little and snort it. MAXIMUM ENERGY.

Drinking has made me fat and I've lost most my gains. It can be ok in moderation, but there's no such thing as being /fit/ and getting plastered every night.
