For lower back, I can never tell whether injury or DOMS, until I've recovered at least.

Every other DOMS I am sure what the pain is and able to push through it. Lower back DOMS always gives me a scare. Think it is a lacerated organ, kidney failure, slipped disc, etc.

Quads sorta suck

Calf doms are fucking brutal. At one point it hurt so bad to stretch the muscle that I ended up walking around on the balls of my feet all day. Lower ab doms also really suck, feels like my abs are going to cramp up every time I bend over.

Calf doms. Was honestly walking on the balls of my feet for 4 days. Able to do a 5 min stretch to get my heals down each time I would stand up, then I'd sit down for 2 minutes and be fucked again. Lasted 6 days total.

This was first calf session, second session = no doms what so ever

This is the only answer. I can still walk the next day no matter how hard I train my thighs, and upper body DOMS is actually enjoyable because it makes you feel like you did good work. Anybody saying anything other than calf DOMS is a fucking pussy that has never had calf DOMS.

I miss full blown DOMS, feeling like my body is tearing apart and that weird mixture of pain and relief while stretching yourself out.
When my DOMS finally began to get less severe I was worried I wasn't going hard enough on my lifts, which is how I got my first (and only thus far, thankfully) injury.
