Hey fit, former skellington here. Been doing starting strength since last august on your recommendation, now I look like pic related, except not as bad. Is there a starting strength-like regime for arms/upper body? I got some gainz upstairs too but not nearly like my legs. I'm afraid of turning into a quadraceptus rex, pls help.

Less leg volume, ditch shit like leg press and only do lower body lifts that are useful for your back aswel.

I did indeed put on some fat, but it was mostly around my waist and idgaf because hungry skelly mode. After 8 months of squats n oatz my legs are pretty decent muscled, and my arms/chest still pretty skeletal

i can't say what to start with. Seriously do everything. I guess try power cleans if you can. Bare 45lbs barbell. Then bring it to chin, try to lift over head like a military press.

Then the next time, try typical bicep and chest work outs.

doing and getting good at handstands serious improved my upper body structure a surprising amount. i have always been somewhat pear shaped and scrawny arms/shoulders. after practicing handstands constantly for about a year, i have much manlier shoulders, back and arms.

You know benching is part of the SS? and it says in the sticky that you can add arm workout if it doesn't feel like it's hitting them. Pull ups are also part of it, assisted if necessary
