What are some exercises that you're really good at, or particularly strong at etc? I feel like everyone has at least one of these that just comes natural to them.

Pic related for me, I know it's not a difficult exercise but the muscles involved have always made this easy for me. I could probably not do chin ups this way for a year and hope back on and do 20 reps, quite easily.

265x5 diddly
275x5 hip thrust
195x5 bench
35x5 weighted chin
But 1pl8 for an easy 3, 4 if I cheat it up there

I'm really good at the The Press. It's way ahead of all my other lifts according to those bullshit strength standards tables.

Pushups, had 0 chest gains but such a naturally low bf and good back and triceps that push ups were so fucking easy.
