This is actually a pretty good cardio if you're fit enough. I mean, for most sit-ups, push-ups and squats are a full routine, but after a couple of months of training it's not that difficult, let alone impossible.

Divide that by 30 and you get: 2917 calorie deficit every day which is not even close to realistic.
