A good 4 weeks if you eat clen and tren hard
fit? probably a year. a couple months of eating clean and cardio will probably increase your life span by a decade though
just stop eating trash, start lifting and doing cardio. read the sticky to get some idea of what's healthy calories intake. it will take some time, a year? two years? it doesn't matter in a long run, as long as you keep improving yourself.
To reach normie level - under a year
To reach normie fit level - just over a year
To reach /fit/ level fit - over 5 years of training and multiple roid cycles
You could start with a haircut. That'll only take like 20 minutes if you go in when there isn't a line.
