It's extra calories. Thereby you will lose less weight. If you're going to eat something though, there are certainly worse options.

Nothing, nothing special about apples. They are just another form of calories. They have some vitamins and stuff that other food might not have but it also has a bunch of sugar.

So they are bad for weight loss? ive lost like 6 kgs in like 2 months from quitting soda. I just eat what i normally would but apples take away the sugar cravings. I dont even think about drinking soda now.

Apples contain fiber and natural sugars that help curb hunger. One or two would be a ok for you
