Hey /fit/, been lifting for a while but my lifts are shit. 72kg bodyweight at 5ft11, 75kgx5 bench, 80kgx5 squat, and 130kgx5 deadlift. My question- should I cut the shit and do SS? Currently cutting though so worried it won't work.

why are you cutting at 72kg 177cm? are you fucking retarded senpai
>>36906126
181cm actually. Because I bulked from 60kg to 76kg, and gained a decent bit of fat. Also only 18.
>>36906110
identical weight/height here but been lifting on 5x5 for 6 months or so
57.5kg bench, 60kg squat, 90kg deadlift, 37.5kg ohp
trying to bulk to 75kg but it's such a chore, just fucking shoot me
>>36906110
Bump, need advice.
how long is 'a while'?
>>36906110
Bumping, need advice guys, sick of being a weak fuck
>>36906132
See this? This is always going to be a problem with getting strong. 72kg at that height is not conducive to being strong.

As I said, I started at 60kg, I'm naturally pretty skinny, bulking to 76kg took a lot of effort and only allowed my bench to scale roughly with my bodyweight. Squat is abysmal, always has been, and I only started deadlifting about 3 months ago so I guess it's less awful.

I have these stats after 3 years. I'll never make it
>>36906512
5`10 68kg
100kg bench
160kg Deadlift
Squat 80kg 10reps
Strength comes with time, I've been at it 4 years. Need to up my weight cause my lifts are stalling.
For me eating is the hardest part

I think I phrased it wrong, I'm going to continue cutting for a short time, and then go on a bulk. Bearing that in mind, can anyone give me advice on what routine to start when I start my bulk? I'm aware my squat is probably novice, but my bench and deadlift less so, so is there a good routine that caters for somewhere between novice-intermediate?
>>36906110
these are almost my identical stats except im 29. lifting for about 8 months, wish i had started earlier. i started bulking but i started worrying about my abs so i chickened out and i'm back on a cut. i guess i need to figure out how to do a slow lean-bulk
>>36906110
My bench is at 105kg, my squat is at 110kg but my deadlift is only at 130kg. What the fuck am I doing wrong? why is my deadlift so shit!?
>>36906609
>Lifting for 4 years
>100kg bench
>80kg squat
>you weigh 68kg
That's fucking pathetic.

I'd suggest doing something like ICF cutting version, where you just change the 5x5 to 3x5, and the 3x8 to 2x8. Its a great cutting program and you keep gaining strength..
