What do you have for breakfast /fit/?
I have a shake that consists of
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 raw egg
1 frozen banana
Starting to get sick of it so I wanna hear what you cucks eat.
To keep it fitness related, is it okay to front squat and back squat on the same day?

- 150 g asparagus (steamed)
- 100 g cauliflower

After a dump,
- 50 g whole buckwheat wheat spaghetti
- 5 g tofu pesto sauce

Put oats in bowl,
Add water
Throw in microwave for 1:30
Optional: Chop up a banana and mash it in
Add a little milk
Dash of cinnamon.

What I sometimes have:
4 eggs omlette with soy sauce mixed in.

I always drink a cup of milk and a coffee.

With these I can function until lunch time.

You might be getting confused by Imperial percentages.
In the Imperial system the percentage scale is from 0-227%, so each Imperial percent counts for less than a Metric percent.
In metric I am under 10%bf actually but here I'm under 22.7% on medical records.
