This can happen if you train like a dumbass on roids, which are the people more prone to training like dumbasses.
Basically when roiding your muscles recover quicker between sessions, but your tendons and ligaments still recover at a natty rate, so they are getting beat up because roiders train for long periods of time and with a lot of volume not giving their bodies adequate rest.
Eventually this leads them to snap city.

I had something like that happen to me.

We were playing some sort of rugby/NA football mix and I passed the ball, but a friend decided to tackle me and landed with his knees directly on the forearm I used to protect my face from the ground.

Straight arm + lot of weight right on it, my arm then had 2 right angles a few inches from the wrist.

Brain didn't quite register until like 15 seconds later
