The bar I tried to deadlift with today was narrower than usual and seemed to really throw off my grip and as a result my whole diddy form. At least I hope that's the cause. Could only manage 3 singles at 90% and they were tough.

At that set my knees felt fucking horrible.

I am, over all, currently fighting with my knees getting some kind of beating from my squat form and i really try to figure it out.

The other sets in that video all felt pretty damn fine but that particular set at 1:40 felt horrible and i had to stop after that.

all the assistance work is pretty high intensity but the main movements seem to be:

1 time a week where you work up to a heavy single with some back up work (i.e. 1 rep @8 > 2x5x74%)
3 times a week lower intensity straight sets (3x5x68%)
