This happened on the weekend, i really don't want this new guy in the gym anymore and want the original member to rejoin, but there isn't much i can do to get rid of him. Any ideas?
Offer to spot his bench, and encourage him to lift more than he can. When he fails, take the bar and drop it on his windpipe.
