Don't have pics but it is without a doubt gyno. I can completely feel the gland and there is muscle underneath. I was a wrestler so I'm really fucking lean (was at 8% and then I gained 15 pounds over the past 2 months cause I'm bulking). This shit is seriously fucking me up. I have no fucking confidence at all, and it sucks that I'm making serious gains but it doesn't matter cause my chest is still shit.

Maybe 1 out of every 100 /fit/ posters who think they have gyno actually have gyno. The chest is one of the most common fat deposit sites in (natty) males. People would rather convince themselves they have a rare disease and spend thousands on cosmetic surgery over accepting nature and spending years working to replace fat with muscle

I got gyno at 19, and it was a deciding factor in roiding.
