I abandoned the game after several tries on Nito but I do remember my strength being 55 and my endurance being somewhere close to 40. My vitality is a bit low near 30 and everything else is on default. My armor is just all that giant armor shit and my weapon blows so much dick after upgrading using lightning on the zweihander. I think im just bad at this fucking game.

Nah, 135lb is one plate press. Im doing 30lbs on each side. Without the barbell included, its 60lbs. I do gymnastics so maybe that explains my advantage at press over all the other lifts.

Yeah that build sounds tough but high endurance means you can easily equip some nice lighter armor. You'll still be able to dodge and block with light armor. Blocking takes stamina. But just focus on everything happening in the game. The attacks. The opportunity to hit. When to heal. And then just follow a good pattern/rhythm until you beat the boss. Your stats are good and you can beat the game with those stats no problem.

Your weapons have a grade for each attribute (S/A/B/C etc). The better the grade, the better the scaling for that attribute. Lightning Zweihander actually gets no scaling after reading the wiki.

You can either salvage this by making it a strength/faith split, or not using the zwei (which is a str/dex split weapon, which you've further fucked by making it a faith weapon) and using some sort of great hammer (which are all pure str weapons).

I just beat ds3 yesterday, wearing lorian's dank ass king armor, drakeblood greatsword and a torch in my left hand. Summoned for every single boss, 1 for some but mostly 3 people. Plan is to play the game through ng completely solo. To keep this fit related, broke records on my bench and deadlift sets today and my 1rm squat yesterday. Bench 5x5 90kg, deadlift 95kg 4x5 (started diddylifting a month ago, dl and squat once a week) and 1rm squat 125kg

His hammer weighs 28 units, for a total equipment burden of 78.2 weight units.
In order to not fatroll and do decent damage, he would need a 58 END stat and a 40 STR stat, and a minimum soul level of 125 (including 40 VIT).
What this translates into pounds is not clear, but if you look at the inspiration for the Greatsword, the Dragonslayer, which is estimated to weigh upwards of 400lbs, I'd guess he's lugging around at least 600lbs of hammer and armour during combat.
