What kind of results can I expect from doing this program for a few months? 6 months? Any red flags?

drop your calorie intake like crazy
>>36861425
already dropped it 1K. caloric needs are like 3,200, so I'm in-taking about 1,900-2,200 a day

to lose weight, you have to either eat less energy, or burn more energy. lifting weights doesn't burn a lot. even running doesn't burn that much.
the best way to lose weight is to eat less. the easiest way to eat less without going nuts is to eat a very high protein diet because it's filling.
this doesn't mean you shouldn't lift weights too. but you're not going to help fat loss all that much -- you'll gain some muscle tho (especially since you're going to be eating high protein).
also, get enough sleep

now just do SS or SL with some accessories + cardio a few times a week. Continue that calorie intake and you're as good as you'll get

i didn't answer your routine question. it looks fine, but i'd be careful of leg extensions. they can hurt your knees
>>36861467
thank you very much.
>>36861492
thank you
>>36861493
I was kind of concerned it only has people doing 2x8 for bench and some other routines. Most of the routines I see sugg'd here are at minimum 3x5 , 3x8 , or 5x5

OP here. Yep. That's why I'm a massive round shape.

yeah that does seem low. honestly routines aren't set in stone. if you feel like you're not working your chest enough, work your chest more.
best of luck on your weight loss
