I don't work out, actually I'm against doing any exercise that can't be done without a smile. So I weigh 170, no muscle, and I'm 5'10. I used to weigh 140 last October, what happened? I think I overate a lot.
No disrespect to those that do exercise hard. I just don't work out because I figure it's unhealthy, diet should be #1 thing keeping you fit.

Working out heavily is stressful. I'm not against short bursts or light cardio as long as it's not making you gasp for air.

I'm not that fat because I look average, just not skinny. I will be skinny then probably work out because I eat 100 grams of protein easily from 1% milk (1 quart = 34 g). I follow a Ray Peat diet but I fucked up eating cheese. Thanks for the motivation bye.
