That's ~397 wilks. Certainly do-able, but it'd be difficult, and take a decent amount of time, IMO. The bench would probably be the hardest, but it'd depend on your leverages and such.

Did heavy squats yesterday. Was using a belt and it felt tighter than usual, I went for a single and when I came up and took off the belt, I had an aching pain in my lower back that took almost ten minutes to fade.

It felt uncomfortable to stay standing afterwards but it was manageable. Today its a lot better but I still feel frequent light pain that fades in seconds.

How weak are you? I'm weak myself at 195 bench, 275 squat and 335 deadlift for 5RM and I'm still making linear gains on SS every workout.

If your around my stats or below it just run SS and eat and you'll throw a shitton of weight on the bar in a few months.
