I was really weak when I started lifting. I could barely bench the bar.

I started with SS but plateaued in few months. Then I switched to a full body workout program 3 times a week, but my gains were still very slow.

I eat about 2500kcals daily with 100-150g protein.

My routine consists of entirely compound exercises. I usually alternate different exercises for each workout. I also always track my lifts.

Typical workout is something like:
Bench 3x5
Lat pulldown 3x5
Ohp 3x5
Deadlift 3x5
Squat 3x5

Routine itself looks fairly solid, I know a guy that had something similar and made good gains, however volume needs to go up. Need at least 5 working sets for bench and shoulders. Personally I'm not a big fan of overhead press but anyway. You should consider adding in an isolation oversize for chest, shoulders and legs after the compound. The extra volume will tear shit up and should help you make some process. Other than that the only thing to try would be other workout splits.
