Yes I know it's summer. Some of us are skeletons and some of us don't care much for abs. A lot of us are probably just fat too.

Pic related, 4 boiled eggs and 600 calories of vegetables, will be eating 500g cottage cheese and some almonds before bed

6' 59kg and poor so im going for every cheap protein source and calorie I can get my hands on. Doing SS and aiming for 2500-3000 cals for maximum gains (I can afford to fatten up a bit)

Cheap cuts of pork, eggs, peanut butter, peanuts, ricotta cheese and tuna. Lots of oats for breakfast. Plus potatoes and veg to fill out the rest. My skelly stomach isn't used to so much food but I've been noticing that I have much more energy throughout the day since i've started eating like this.

Well I'm 5'8" 170ish lbs. Bf is probably ~ 13-15% (abs visible but not cut when flexing, I should get it measured but I think it is a good estimate).

BMI is 26.1.

I have yet to do a hypertrophy focused program so I figure if I get some decent weight out of TM I could switch to a split or something to put on a lot of weight (not a lot in absolute terms, just a lot compared to a strength program).

I recommend something earthy/not so sweet to complementthe sweet potato.

Black beans are awesome with sweet potato, but I don't think that really counts as a veggie, so try spinach.

If that is 600 calories worth of veg, then I've been fucking my weight loss bad. MFP says a whole cup of broccoli is 30 calories. Assuming that the other veggies are similar calories it'd have to be 20 cups to be 600 calories
