They could be meme's but a lot of the information contained is based on some sort of fact. Though, I'm not sure why, work out, health and exercise information, like nothing else I've seen, is very unstable. One day something is in fashion to do, and it actually does work... then a small amount of research may point to a negative or something else that works, and people berate and quickly try to forget the other techniques. Exercise regimes from 10 to 20 years ago, are mostly still valid. Time doesn't decrease an exercises effectiveness. People just have to have the newest and best.

Not him, but Arnold and the bodybuilders from the "golden age" did bench press, squats and a bunch of other basic lifts, but nowadays, it's like people can't get to machine isolation exercises fast enough.
Tried this the other day, half with pepper and rosemary and half with cumin, it was pretty good. Easy and cheap too, even cheaper than rice.
