are workouts like pic related any good?
Better than nothing.
Nah
>>36854556
Almost as bad as crossfit
>>36854556
Calisthenics are fine if you just want to be fit or are in the military, but if you want to get huge muscles like 99.9% of /fit/ then no
>>36854556
BJJ fag here.
That's the kind of routine you'd be given as an amateur in manny fighting gym/dojo.

This guy's got it. Bodyweight is great for beginners.
I guess you could spice it up with extra weight and different angles but lifting would provide quicker results.
>>36854556
Better than nothing, worse than anything else.
Get a gym membership and lift/do cardio instead of that gimmick shit.
>>36854604
>implying that anyone on /fit/ has muscle
>>36854556
Pretty shitty desu past like one month. There are better bodyweight programs.
>>36854658
Hush bjjfag and go lift some kettlebells
If someone has been even remotely active for most of their life a real gym will be far superior
>>36854556
They're absolute shit. They're just given badass names (like gladiator, the wolverine, the captain america) to encourage people to do them and become active.
Yeah, check this one out
>>36855325
No, but this board drools over having large muscles and lifting heavy things rather than balanced fitness.
Its all about muh gains
just do start bodyweight.

>bench tantrums
every fucking time
That's a good basic routine (one round is enough, 3 max, 10 is insane) to do in the mornings or some time during the day. Not good as your main resistance training, even if you start to add weights. Also, to some type of pull instead of dips (inverted rows if you can't do pull-ups).

Kek.
Bottom line sums it all.
