So this well know aussie trainer from the tv's TBL has come out said she's never met a happy obese person, then all these people on twitter preceded tell her she hasn't met them because they are fat and happy.

So basically what u guys are doing is unnecessary because u can be fat and happy

What she said is true. Being 'morbidly obese' is very different to being 'fat'.
Being defined as morbidly obese means that your weight/size is adversely affecting your health in a serious way. Whereas being 'fat' could just be carrying extra weight because you don't exercise. Two very different things and Michelle made a point to specify 'morbidly obese'.
