What's the 'Starting Strength' of boxing, in terms of a detailed book that goes in depth with the proper mechanics and form of striking. Most of the books I find are poorly written covering just the basics.

Dempseys book is good in a historical sense and has good basic training but a lot of it is outdated at this point.
DVD series by Kenny Weldon are amazing, I'd start there.
