I couldn't stick to my cut (pretty much chicken breasts, baked potato, and butter with like 40% calories from protein at ~1500 cals) because chicken breasts taste HORRIBLE without anything, and yet nothing I could add to make it taste better would fit my macros. Then I found this baby and I've never been tempted to cheat since.

You can make next to no calorie tamato based sauces like marinara and youghurt based sauces with whichever spices you like, why buy overprices industrial shit? Also if you use herbs+spices and some lemon juice/vinegar to marinate your chicken breasts it will taste fucking amazing when grilled or backed.

They are dry and tasteless if you make them so on purpose. I'm eating chiken tit 3-5 times a week for at least 3 years and I don't get tired of them. With propper seasoning they taste great.
