As a total beginner, I would like to start working out and I would like to know if by doing Push Ups, Squats, Chin Ups and Ab Crunches will cover all of the muscle groups. If not, which exercices should I do ?

Last 2 digits of my post is how many of all those exercises you do right now.

All of them. Also do pull ups in addition to chin ups

I thought the solicited muscles were the same. What is the difference ?
switch out chinups with pullups
switch to one handed pushups once you can support it
decline situps = better than crunches (hip rotator more focused at 30-45 degrees)

You're missing legs. Try pistol squats, etc.

Check the wiki on reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness
You can get by doing just push ups, sit ups and squats desu, throw in jogging, which will help your core and cardio, and you can actually get pretty strong if you aim to max out numbers every day.
Don't forget to eat clean.
